1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of use govern access to and use of the Soorder platform, provided by Soclic Group Sàrl, Rue de la Navigation 1, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland (UID CHE-430.016.769).
They set out the rights and obligations of the parties and apply to every user registered on the platform in Switzerland: restaurants, suppliers, groups and franchises. By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms.
2. Description of the service
Soorder is a SaaS platform, available on iOS and Android, that allows:
- restaurants to order from their suppliers, track deliveries and view their purchase history;
- suppliers to receive orders in real time and manage their customers, catalogue, drivers, promotions and sales.
3. Role of Soorder
Soorder is a technical intermediary. The platform transmits orders and lets users track their progress. The contract for the sale of goods is concluded directly between the restaurant and the supplier.
Suppliers prepare and deliver orders themselves. They remain solely responsible for their products, prices, availability, quality, compliance with hygiene standards and delivery times.
4. Registration and account
- Registration is reserved for food-service professionals and their suppliers in Switzerland.
- The user undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- The user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity on their account.
- Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately to contact@soorder.ch.
5. Subscriptions and prices
Restaurant: CHF 29 per month per venue
Supplier: CHF 59 per month
Franchise or group: custom pricing
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). As Soclic Group Sàrl is not currently registered for VAT, no VAT is charged.
Prices may change. Any change is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect.
6. Payment and invoicing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, by automatic debit.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified provider. Soorder does not store full card details.
- If a payment fails, access to the service may be suspended until it is settled.
7. Term and cancellation
- The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term, and renews automatically each month.
- The user may cancel at any time from their customer area or by writing to contact@soorder.ch.
- To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellation must take place before the end of the current month.
- The month already started remains payable; no pro-rata refund is given.
- Soorder may suspend or close an account if these Terms are breached.
8. User obligations
The user undertakes to use Soorder fairly and in accordance with Swiss law. In particular, it is forbidden to:
- publish false or misleading information, especially about products and prices;
- place fictitious orders or disrupt the operation of the platform;
- access or attempt to access other users’ data;
- use the platform for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The Soorder platform, its source code, design, trademarks, logos and content are the exclusive property of Soclic Group Sàrl. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Content published by suppliers (photos, product descriptions) remains their property; they grant Soorder the right to display it on the platform for the duration of their subscription.
10. Limitation of liability
Soorder makes every effort to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, in particular during maintenance or if a technical provider fails.
Soorder is not responsible for the fulfilment of orders or for the products delivered by suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, Soorder’s liability is limited to the subscription fees received in the 3 months preceding the damage.
11. Personal data
Soorder processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Details are set out in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
Soorder may amend these Terms. Users are informed of any significant change at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
